I loved this hotel! It may not be in the most charming area of Rome, but it's super convenient, especially for a short city break. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The dining options were good, but make sure to get there early for the best selection. The location right next to Termini station is so convenient, and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were better than expected for a 3-star hotel, although the maze-like layout from the lift door was a bit confusing. The service was excellent, especially Ricardo who was very friendly and helpful. The location next to Roma Termini was convenient for sightseeing, although it felt not very safe. The dining options were simple and repetitive. However, the hotel had some positive aspects that made the stay enjoyable despite the challenges.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The rooms were amazing, clean, and equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast was fresh and acceptable. The location was superb, right across the street from Termini station. The lady at the reception till ten was so friendly and helpful; I will never forget her warm welcome.
